BTW: Just automating things, deflecting to self-service, or otherwise ditching your "higher touch" model because you think that'll help you scale more efficiently can have unintended negative consequences.

Getting this wrong is a great way to violate the Appropriate Experience (AX) of a large chunk (if not all) of your customers all at once. Sure, that IS super-efficient, but in the wrong way.
